EVERY THREAD COUNTS

Fabric

While many people associate sustainable fashion with baggy fit and neutral colors, our goal is to change that mindset by making slow fashion with an upbeat style.

We use eco-friendly, recycled, and natural fabrics, in fun colors and playful prints. We always strive to find certified materials to ensure we are doing our part in protecting the environment from harmful chemicals, dyes and treatments used in fabric production.

TENCEL

Tencel is a cellulose fiber made from sustainably sourced and renewable wood material. It is created in a closed loop system in which the water is recycled and solvent recovered and reused. The fibers are certified as compostable and biodegradable.

With TENCEL you can rest assured that you are getting fashion you feel good about, fashion that will not adversely impact the environment.

ECOVERO

ECOVERO is the new standard in eco-responsible viscose. It is derived from certified renewable wood sources. The manufacturing of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers generates up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic Viscose.

ECOVERO is tailored to a sustainable lifestyle, so you know that your fashion choices are eco-responsible and have a low environmental impact.

ORGANIC COTTON

Organic cotton is a natural fiber in which pesticides and chemicals are not used in the production. This fiber is compostable and biodegradable.

We use organic cotton that is GOTS certified to ensure that the textile processing meets worldwide standard for organic fibers.

CUPRO

Cupro is a cellulose fiber made from recycled cotton linter. Cotton linter was an unused seed lining that used to be discarded as waste, but now it gets a second life as cupro!

This fabric is breathable, regulates temperature and great for sensitive skin. You will notice it's silk-like feel, delicate drape, and comfortable wear year round. This natural fabric is compostable and biodegradable.

OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety.

If a textile carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and therefore is harmless for human health. The test is conducted by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes.

GOTS CERTIFIED

GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.

A common standard means a consistent organic certification that is accepted across the industry. This transparency gives you the power to choose truly organic products sourced from green supply chains.

Threads

Thread

We believe that every thread counts. This is why we source sustainable thread that is made from organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified.

When it comes to circular fashion, you could be getting everything right, natural fabric, OEKO-TEX certified dyes, but once you use synthetic thread that item is no longer biodegradable.

Manufacturing

We are committed to working with local apparel manufacturers to make our clothing.

We are a small local business that believes in supporting other local businesses in our community. By working with local factories we are able to produce small quantities of unique items which means less overstock and a reduced carbon footprint. Who doesn't like the sound of that?
