I'm Celesse, a San Francisco based fashion designer who focuses on expanding access to ethical and sustainable fashion that is locally crafted.
If you were wondering about the title here, it's is phrase a friend came up with that identifies me in a few ways. It hints at my petite size yet big personality but also helps people pronounce my name right because I've gotten everything!
Anyway, the idea of creating accessible fashion developed when I started to understand the importance of leading a lifestyle that represents our values and wanted to remove all the barriers I could. So, that's exactly what my brand is here for. We connect with women who strive to be more conscious consumers so that they have access to fashion you can feel good about.
Enough about that though, I thought I would use this blog to talk about creating a sustainable lifestyle starting with our day to day decisions. Yes, we are going beyond fashion because when it comes to a lifestyle that represents our values, we have missed opportunities every day. Whether it's due to forgetfulness, being in a rush, or any other excuse we can think of, we can always do better, at least I know that's the case for me.
